CONSTRUCTION OF AN APARTMENT RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN ZOVUNI

"Arpa-Sevan" OJSC was entrusted with constructing a multi-apartment residential building at 27, 30th street, 2nd lane, Zovuni village, Nairi community, Kotayk region.

It is planned to build a multi-apartment residential building, which has a dynamic composition in the floor plan, the volume-spatial solution is essentially dictated by the existing urban development situation.
It consists of three underground and 18 above-ground floors. The underground floors are designed for the parking lot and other technical and economic service rooms.
The main approach to the structure is organized from the 2nd lane of 30th Street.
The first floor and the second floors are intended for a partially non-residential operational purpose, whereas the first floor is intended to be a combination of public and second-floor residential apartments.
On the third to sixteenth floors, there are residential areas with one to four-room apartments, and on the 17th and 18th floors, there are four 4-5-room apartments with terraces.
The roof is flat with internal drainage.
The external decoration of the facades is planned using natural stones, glazing, and modern materials.
The undeveloped part of the land is planned to be improved with pedestrian crossings, temporary car parking, as well as green spaces, recreation pavilions, playgrounds, and water surfaces.
