CONSTRUCTION OF AN APARTMENT RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN ZOVUNI

Another Completed Project – This Time in Zovuni

"Arpa-Sevan" OJSC has successfully completed the construction of an 18-story residential complex in Kotayk Region, Zovuni village, 30th Street, 2nd Lane, building 27.

Project Overview

A 21-story structure has been constructed – 3 underground and 18 above-ground floors, with architectural solutions developed in consideration of the area's urban planning characteristics. Underground floors accommodate parking spaces and technical service areas.

Functional Distribution

The first floor is designated for public spaces that ensure the vitality of the structure and surrounding environment. The second floor combines residential and commercial areas.

Floors three through sixteen feature 1 to 4-room apartments adapted to the needs of various families. The seventeenth and eighteenth floors house premium-class 4-5 room apartments with private terraces.

Architectural and Engineering Solutions

External finishing is executed using a combination of natural stone, contemporary materials, and glazed elements. A flat roof has been constructed with an internal drainage system.

Courtyard Landscaping

Pedestrian pathways, parking spaces, green zones, recreational pavilions, playgrounds, and water features have been organized. The main entrance is arranged from the 2nd Lane of 30th Street.
