"Arpa-Sevan" OJSC is constructing the MONTÉ multifunctional residential complex at 23/18 Leningradyan Street, which was commissioned by Elite Residence CJSC.
The complex comprises 6 buildings arranged on a slope around a common courtyard. The buildings feature 16 above-ground floors and, depending on the terrain, 1 semi-basement and 2 underground levels. The semi-basement and underground floors will house parking facilities and public spaces. The first floor and part of the second floor will accommodate public and service areas. The height of the first public floor is 4.0m, the second floor is 3.5m, and the residential floors are 3.3m.
The project incorporates Civil Defense and Emergency Prevention measures, and 2,708 sq.m of underground parking area has been designated as a basic shelter.
The buildings are constructed with aerated concrete blocks featuring ventilated facades. Black tuff stone, travertine, and reddish tuff are used for exterior cladding.
The complex's seismic resistance rating: is 9-10 points, and its energy efficiency class is A+.
Construction began in 2024.
